With over forty years of experience in the field of international education, Mr. Fish was
a founder of the Washington International Education Council and is the organization's
President. The Council organizes a Conference each year focused on the recruitment of
international students to the United States. Mr. Fish has served on numerous advisory
groups and was elected as Chair of the New England Region of NAFSA: Association of
International Educators. Mr. Fish provides consulting services to institutions interested
in broadening their international profile while increasing international student enrollments.
His career in international education has included projects with universities and positions
with Arthur D. Little, Inc, Aspect, EF, the ELS Language Centers, the New England School of
English and Study Group.
